Sailing along the coast for 4 days, they managed to reach MACAO and their junk went aground due to strong wind. They were rescued and detained by MACAO Police till they were put on board . another junk on 21-12-1989 for their onward journey to Hong Kong. Consequently, they were intercepted by Hong Kong Marine Police few hours later.
