After lengthy examination, the VBP couple admitted that they first left Bien Hoa,S.VN by land since 1.1.90. They hired a Vietnamese courier who took ..: them from Lang Son) to Dong Dang) where they were escorted by a Chinese courier until they reached Da Peng AZ) on 14.1.90. The courier had arranged a speed boat to take them to Tap Kuh),K.30th of them alleged to have knowledge on both mandatory repatriation and screening policy. Eowever, they stil wanted to try their luck as some of their friends were
