Further to the Political Adviser's meeting with
Mr Ji Shaoxiang on 22 January, I enclose details of two more groups of Vietnamese, totalling 77 persons, who have arrived in Hong Kong having earlier crossed the Sino- Vietnamese land border.
I should be grateful if you could pass this additional information urgently to the relevant Chinese authorities.
