The two persons were accompanied by the ECVII (i.e.Groyp II) when they fled HO CHI MINH CITY, S.VN. on 30-1-90. Three days later, they reached HAI PHONG via HA HOI and immediately proceeded to HONG GAI and then HAI NINH on the next day. They approached the check point at once and successfully crossed the Sino-Vietnamese border until they arrived at DONG XING (H). Having stopped overs, night, they moved on by bus and eventually went to SHAO GUAN () on 6-2-90. They then stayed in the ECVII's house at YINGDE XIAN YINGDE HUA QIA TEA PLANTATION FARM (
德縣泆德華僑茶境
for about nine days. On 15-2-90, they left the farm and reached TAI PING
) and contributed one tael of gold so as to
purchase the exodus junk there. They set sail in the following
morning and finally managed to arrive in Hong Kong on the same day afternoon.
