You may like to see the attached letter to Mr Lloyd which I think is self-explanatory.
I am quite happy to draft a brief reply pointing out that anyone repatriated from Hong Kong has had their cases properly considered and has had a right of appeal; and mandatory repatriation has hardly been precipitate. I wonder, however, whether there is a standard defence of screening you would like me to draw on and whether you have had any dealings with Ms Minh Phuoc's organisation. I should be grateful for any comments, if possible by the end of this week.
