Our Association believes that you understand the feeling and wishes of junior police officers of the Royal liong Yong Police Force. If you can make a proper and satisfactory arrangement,
we trust that it will help restore the confidence of Hong Kong people, including our members. We have played an important role in the success of Hong Kong. This can be seen from our highly-appraised work performance and loyalty which are apparent to
everyone.

Our Association also learns that you will try to have a better understanding of the VBP problem in Kong Hong during your visit here, so we would like to take this opportunity to inform you that our Association is deeply concerned about this issue. Our members are greatly distressed in dealing with the VBP and managing the VBF centres. Their pains and the pressure they face are indescribable. As an association comprising more than 20,000 members, we do have the responsibility to inform you about the situation in the hope that you will show concern, make improvements-and-solve the problem as this issue directly affects the mood and morale of the officers. We should be grateful if you would give careful consideration to this matter.
