Lord Caithness has asked me to thank you for your letter of 20 September about various issues of concern to
members of your association. Lord Caithness was glad to
have had the opportunity to meet you and other members of
the
Immigration Department during his visit to Hong Kong and to hear your views at first hand.

Government are aware of your concerns and are taking

allocated to the Immigration Department has not yet been
decided.
