LORD CAITHNESS' VISIT TO MADRID: 14-15 OCTOBER
1.
Lord Caithness will be visiting Madrid from 14-15 October. The last box before his departure will close at 1400 on Friday 12 October. Draft replies for the Minister's signature (MPS letters etc) should arrive by 1400 on Thursday 11 October.
Papers requiring Ministerial attention should continue to be sent to this office during Lord Caithness' absence.
2.
Lord Caithness' first box on return will close at 1800 on Tuesday 16 October.
