strengthen and expand our commercial and economic links so as to be
able to meet the challenges which this most exciting of markets
represents.
I would now like to propose a toast to the British Chamber of
Commerce, to the British Bulldogs; and to the strengthening of the
commercial, economic and political links between Britain and Hong
