A total of 938 Chinese officials have been admitted for employment (including trainees on long terms basis), representing a monthly average of 313 persons. Details are given in Annex B.

I am also enclosing copies of the returns (at Annex C) showing the figures of Chinese officials from Guangdong and Fujian whose visa applications have been forwarded to this Department through local PRC agencies for processing.
