Der Gege

It was good of you and Charles Mackay to arrange dinner for me when I was in Hong Kong; as always, it was helpful to hear the views of Honour Hong Kong at first hand, and they will be much in my mind over the next few weeks and months as we guide the Nationality Bill through the House.

I should say that I think the work done by Honour Hong Kong eased our task significantly in achieving the splendid result we did on Thursday.

Francis Maude
