Governor has asked that Lady Wilson and Richard Hoare, his
Private Secretary, be invited to the dinner.
5.
It would be a nice gesture if the Commissioner of the
Hong Kong Government Office, Mr John Yaxley, and his wife
could be invited. Mr Yaxley is good value and the invitation would I am sure be much appreciated.
6.
The total number (18) is within the limit of 22 guests
which can normally be entertained at no 3 Carlton Gardens.
