Further to my fax LOT 2110 dated 11 July, I have had a chance to speak to Sir James Spicer this morning. He said it is almost certain that the FAC will visit Hong Kong during the week commencing 14 October and will deliberate on Hong Kong'. I am not sure if Hong Kong' will be the only subject for discussion and it does not seem too appropriate for me press him for too much detail at this stage.
