Unfortunately we are unable to suggest an alternative source of funds for your visit to Hong Kong on 3-17 November. Normally I would have passed your letter on to the British Council but I noticed that you have already applied to the Welsh Office of the British Council yourself. I hope therefore that you will find funds forthcoming from this direction.
