a) Outward:
The party will travel to Hong Kong on CX 250, ETD London Gatwick (North Suite) at 1800 hours on Friday 12 January, ETA Hong Kong at 1445 hours on Saturday 13 January.
b) Return:
The party will depart Hong Kong on BA 28, ETD Hong Kong at 2245 hours on Tuesday 16 January, ETA London Heathrow (Spelthorne Suite) at 0515 hours on Wednesday 17 January.

Full travel details are given at Appendix III.
a) Departure arrangements for those travelling from the United Kingdom on Friday 12 January will be issued separately.
