This Notice draws attention in convenient form to the effect of the law contained in the Order and to the directions given thereunder. By virtue or powers delegated by the Order, this Notice gives certain permissions wal are subject to the condition that they shall not apply any case where it is so directed by or on behalf of Financial Secretary.
