AUTHORIZATION:
SECTION 1
All-transactions are authorized necessary to permit Fahad M. Al-Sabah, as Chairman and General Manager, Khaled N. Al-Babah, as Deputy General Manager, or Saud Nasir Al-Sabah to act on behalf of the Kuwait Investment Authority ("KIA") and to conduct activities, investments, transactions, and dealings with respect to KIA assets, properties; interests in properties, revenues, expenses, and liabilities in the United States, that hereafter come within the United States, or that ara on hereafter come within the possession or control of United States persons, including their overseas branches (here- inafter "U.S. property"). This authorization includes among other things, the power to disburse funds to third parties to meat contractual commitments and obligations, the right to receive funds from third parties and the transter of funds; provided, however, that only transactions that result in U.S. property remaining within the possession or contrel of a Fited states parson are authorized by this license.
SECTION 2
