9 February, on which Len Appleyard has already commented.
2. I agree that it would be useful to take stock of these risks on a regular basis and I would be happy to report on developments at each meeting of MISC 140. But I agree with Len that it is unnecessary to seek a formal JIC assessment at this stage.
