The Secretary of State has seen Budapest telno 102 about Hong Kong's unwillingness to allow the Hungarians to open a trade office. He would like to know why
This will need Hong Kong are taking this position. to be pursued quickly if, as Mr Birch suggests, the Hungarians are likely to raise the matter with the Secretary of State at the end of the month.
