Council, or the Regional Council, or any
committee thereof;
(ad) is serving as an officer or member of Her
Majesty's Armed Forces other than -
(i) as an officer or member of the Royal
Hong Kong Regiment (The Volunteers)
within the meaning of the Royal Hong
Kong Regiment Ordinance (Cap. 199); or
as an officer or member of the Royal
Hong Kong Auxiliary Air Force within
the meaning of the Royal Hong Kong
Auxiliary Air Force Ordinance (Cap.
(ii)
198);
(ae) holds any office specified in the Schedule;";
and
(b) in paragraph (g) by adding after subparagraph (iv)
" (v)

of any offence under regulation 27 of the
Legislative Council (Electoral Provisions)
(Registration of Electors and Appointment
of Authorized Representatives) Regulations
(Cap. 381 sub. leg.) or regulation 26 of
the Electoral Provisions (Registration of
Electors) Regulations (Cap. 367 sub. leg.);
or".

Section 19 is amended by adding after subsection (2)
"(3) In this section
-
"established office" means any office within the meaning of
paragraph (a) of the definition of "established office"
contained in section 2 (1) of the Pension Benefits
Ordinance (Cap. 99);
