Mr Clive Soley (Hammersmith): To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, whether the proposed Bill of Rights for Hong Kong will entail the repeal of the Summary Offences Ordinance or any part of it.

Existing legislation in Hong Kong, including the
Summary offences Ordinance, is being reviewed to ensure that
all provisions are in line with the proposed Bill of Rights.
