Company is "United Democrats of Hong Kong 香港民主同盟 )" (hereinafter called "the Association").
The registered office of the Association will be situate in Hong Kong (which expression shall include the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to be established by the People's Republic of China pursuant to the Joint Declaration of the Government of the United Kingdom and the Government of the People's Republic of China on the question of Hong Kong).
The objects of which the Association is established are:-

to maintain the prosperity and stability of Hong Kong, to better the welfare and quality of life of the people of Hong Kong and to strengthen the position of Hong Kong as industrial, commercial and international financial centre;
without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing:

to promote and facilitate the implementation of the Joint Declaration of the Government of the United Kingdom and the Government of the People's Republic of China on the question of Hong Kong;
to promote, establish and up-hold a democratic, open and accountable government in Hong Kong;
to secure, maintain and safeguard the rule of law, respect for human rights, civil liberties and social justice;
to promote and facilitate the full implementation of the provisions of the International Covenants on Civil and Political Rights and the International Covenants on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights;
to promote and cultivate civic consciousness and promote participation in public affairs;
(vi) to enhance and improve the productivity of Hong Kong and facilitate economic development and progress;
(vii)
to improve people's livelihood, especially in the of education, medical services, housing and transport;
