I have received the attached letter from the Hong Kong Government. My impression from our meeting was that the records referred to would come back here to CI/A.
2. Subject to your advice, I propose to reply to Mr Allen saying that "a Security Service officer will be visiting Hong Kong shortly and that I have asked him to take up the matter".
