I know him because in the past I worked for a security company where he was working also. This company is called Wing On and it is situated in Hong Kong.
Wong Kwok Ming was willing to travel to Europe with a quantity of heroin instead of me. Before Christmas 1987, I don't remember the exact date, my friend Wong travelled to Europe. I estimate that he has been away for a few weeks. When he had returned I spoke to him concerning this journey.
He told me then that it was very easy to make such a journey. He told me the following:

He had travelled from Hong Kong to Bangkok. In Bangkok he met Tony.
Next, he received a suitcase with heroin in Bangkok from Tony.
Then he travelled on to Phuket. From Phuket he went on to Singapore and from there to Frankfurt and further on to Luxemburg. At the airport of Luxemburg he had to hold two packs Marlboro in his hands. That way he would be recognized by a Chinese, who subsequently took him along in his car. Then they drove around 10 hours, during which they passed a few borders. Finally he was brought to a small place near to a beach. There he was checked into a hotel in the neighbourhood of a Macdonald restaurant. When he had stayed in that hotel for one day, the same person who had brought him there came to that hotel and took the suitcase with heroin. Again a day later, that same person brought him to an airport and he travelled back to Hong Kong. Wong Kwok Ming told me that the man who picked him up in Luxemburg, didn't know his way around very well in Luxemburg, SO 1 assume that this man didn't live there. Also he told me that it wasn't difficult to do such a transportation.

In February 1988 I met Wong Lap Pong while drinking tea restaurant in Hong Kong. A few moments later a man joined us was presented to me by Wong Lap Pong as being Tze Kwok Tai. Lap Pong told me that I had to leave for Europe the next day that Tze would accompany me. I didn't know Tze before. talked to Tze about what we had to do. I knew that I would go Europe and had to take a quantity of heroin along. Tze knew this too I understood. That day both of us received a ticket to go from Hong Kong to Bangkok. These tickets were given by Wong Lap Pong. Furthermore, he gave us a card with the address of a hotel in Bangkok. That's where we had to go to. In that hotel Tony would wait for us. He would also give us more instructions. The next day Tze and I traveled to Bangkok, just as Wong Lap Pong had asked us to. We went to the hotel of which we had received the address. In that hotel we met Tony. Originally we would each have received a suitcase containing heroin the same day. But the suitcases weren't present yet. So we had to stay for two days that hotel.
