The Requesting Party shall not disclose or information or evidence furnished for purposes other than those stated in the request without the prior consent of the Central Authority of the Requested Party.

ARTICLE 10

AUTHENTICATION

A document is authenticated for the purposes of

this Agreement if:

(a)

it purports

to be signed

or

certified

by

(b)

judge, magistrate or an officer duly authorised by the Central Authority sending the documents;

and

it purports to be sealed with an offical seal of the Party sending the document or department or officer of the Government of that Party.

ARTICLE 11

REPRESENTATION AND EXPENSES
