full particulars of the property to be confiscated, specifying the person or persons holding such property and its
its connection with the convicted person; and
where appropriate, Д statement of the amount which it is desired to realise as a result of
the assistance, and any sums 80 far realised pursuant to the foreign order.
Any sums realised by way of enforcement of the order outside the jurisdiction of the Requested Party shall be treated as reducing the amount sought under the
order.
5.
Proceeds confiscated pursuant to this Agreement
shall be retained by the Requested Party.
6.
Where the confiscation of proceeds has been ordered pursuant to this Agreement but there 18 A representation in Hong Kong or [US] as the case may be by a person affected by the order, the relevant Party shall inform the other Party as soon as possible, and shall also inform it promptly of the outcome of that representation.
ARTICLE 9
LIMITATION OF USE
1.
The Requested Party may require, after consultation with the Requesting Party, that information
or evidence furnished or the source of such information or
evidence be kept confidential or be disclosed or used only
subject to such terms and conditions as it may specify.
