We have received what appears to be a petition to the Privy Council from a Mr Lee Chi Ming, now serving a life sentence in Bangkok for conviction on drug offences.
This is the first time we have received a petition of this kind I am not sure how we should best deal with it: before we take any further steps, please could I ask you to look at the attached papers and let me have your views?
