33. The Second Schedule to the Customs and Excise Service Ordinance (Cap. 342) is amended by adding at the end thereof
"Drug Trafficking (Recovery of Proceeds) Ordinance 1989 (35 of 1989).".

Cultivating, supplying, procuring, dealing in,
importing, exporting, or possessing cannabis plant or opium poppy
keeping or managing a divan for the taking of
dangerous drugs
permitting premises to be used for unlawful
trafficking, manufacturing or storage of dangerous drugs
assisting another to retain the benefit of drug
trafficking

SCHEDULE 2

ASSETS ON WHICH A CHARGING ORDER MAY BE IMPOSED
1.
Land in Hong Kong.
2.
(a) Government stock;
Securities of any of the following kinds—
(b) stock of any body incorporated in Hong Kong;
(c) stock of any body incorporated outside Hong Kong or of any state or territory outside Hong Kong, being stock registered in a register kept at any place within Hong Kong; (d) units of any unit trust in respect of which a register of the unit holders is kept at any place
within Hong Kong.

In this Schedule-
(a) the terms "Government stock” and “land” have the same meaning as in section 2 of the
Supreme Court Ordinance (Cap. 4);
(b) the terms “stock” and “unit trust" have the same meaning as in section 20A of that
Ordinance.
