I had already seen a copy of Mr Tisman's reply to your inquiry of 21 June and I cannot agree with your assertion that it is a non-response to your questions. The information Mr Tisman supplied appears to me to be valid and valuable. Nevertheless I have passed your letter on to Mr Tisman with whom I suggest that you pursue the matter if you so desire.
