The interviewer will be Michael programme at 1630 on 19 January. Williams (there is a possibility that Williams will not be able to come, in which case it will be Simon Long).

Williams has said that he wishes to discuss the Minister's recent visit to Hong Kong he does not intend to raise the subject of Thailand. He said he would ask the Minister about Vietnamese boat people, citizenship and the Basic Law.
