Studio Renovation (Internal Finishes):
The estimated cost for the item varies significantly, particularly for the studio areas. A rough indication
given by our contractor amounts to $500,000 for the repair of the acoustic panels, repainting the walls, reconditioning the doors and windows for the studios
alone. The cost would come up to $1-million if the acoustic panels and doors were to be replaced. Therefore, a sum of

* Extension of Studio Building:
The estimated sum for this item given by the architect
is $3-m. It is proposed to incorporate two studios in this extension and an additional sum of $500,000 is provided for the acoustic treatment for these two studios. Therefore, a sum of $3.5-m. is provided for this item. However, these costs may be avoided if suitable premises can be found to house our Sales Department thus freeing space for studios without building a new extension.
Studio Equipment for the New Studios:
The budget for this item is $2.5-m. The facility proposed is similar to those in the main studio
building but with a 14-channel audio mixer.
The budgets. for Studio Equipment have been prepared basing mainly on analogue equipment, but review will be made on this should adequate equipment be available when replacement takes place.
