further to my letter to you, reference No. 7046 of 31st October, 1988, I am writing this annexe to expand on some of the points I raised in order to clariży certain aspects of the subjects I dealt wich comparatively brzafly in that submission.
My earlier letter was submizzed at your request and was wrizzen on the assumption is would be read in
conjunction wich the detailed information Commercial Radio has prepared in the past for Government and the Broadcasting Review Board. I realise on reflection that my Lacter of the 31st October, read in isolation. might be misinterpreted as a somewhat negative approach to chis problem if earlier information is cmitzad. Nothing could be far from the trich and my request for a new licence is both dedicated and enthusiastic,
12 my first document I spoke of the difficulties of projecting radio listening habits accurately over the next six years and the problem of forecasting long-cam programme development and detailed programme plans over an extended period of time. Nevertheless, I did outline briefly my dacarmination to continue and extend productions wichin my present progzamming policias.
