(c)

All costs involved in providing any combined transmitting antenna system should be shared equally between the

licensee and any other licensee.

The field strength produced by the transmission of each service operated

by the licensee should be such that equal

facility for the reception of the service operated by the licensees (including the licensee) in a given area is available

to any audience using a suitable

receiver and aerial. All transmitters and

relay stations operated by the licensee should be required to maintain minimum

field strengths specified by the Telecommunications Authority within

the areas to be served.

(a) The licensee should allow the

other licensee to jointly use the

common facilities at a particular

transmitter or relay station as

instructed by the Telecommunications

Authority.

This is to ensure that the services provided to the general public by individual licensees are

more or less on a par

with one another.

This is to ensure the

smooth running of the main transmitting

station and other relay

stations and to make

sure that CRHK will.

allow the new operator to share the common

antenna, the space and the standby generator

etc.

(b) The facilities referred to in

subparagraph (a) should include the combined transmitting antenna system, tower, building, standby generator and other site amenities as specified by the Telecommunications Authority.
