The licensee should keep a written

record and retain the written

scripts and recordings of all broadcasts for a period as specified by the Broadcasting Authority and should submit them to the Authority

for examination on demand.

The Financial Secretary should be allowed

to have access to the books and related

documents and information of the licensee

and its subsidiary companies at any time.

The licensee should submit annually to the Broadcasting Authority a copy of the

audited accounts of the licensee and its

subsidiary companies within such time as may be specified by the Broadcasting Authority from time to time and the Broadcasting Authority shall have the power to inspect the books and accounts of the licensee and its subsidiary companies at any time.

The licensee should not

assign or underlet the licence or any of the licensee's powers and authorities granted therein;

The principal shareholders may not dispose of an aggregate of more than 15% of the voting shares of the licensee within 3 years of the licence being granted, without the

prior approval of the Broadcasting.
