Not less than 6 months nor more than
12 months after the giving of notice to
revoke a licence or not to renew a
licence, or within 12 months of the
direction to revoke a licence, the
Government may compulsorily purchase the land, premises, and installations and equipment belonging to and used by the
licensee for the purposes of its licence.

In such manner and at such intervals as
the Broadcasting Authority may specify,
the licensee should submit to the
Authority the progammes and all matters
intended to be broadcast together with any
scripts thereof as the Broadcasting
Authority may specify.
The transmitting station should be known by a name approved by the Broadcasting Authority and all emissions from the
transmitting station shall be identified
by this name.

(a)
The licensee should implement a complaints procedure as required
by the Broadcasting Authority.
