Scope of Business
17.
The business carried on by the licensee company should be confined to radio broadcasting, its ancillary telecommunication services, and businesses directly
connected or associated therewith.
Corporate Structure
18.
The licensee company should not be a subsidiary
of any other company.
19.
The licensee company should not be permitted to hold any subsidiary the business of which, in the opinion of the Broadcasting Authority, is not directly associated or connected with radio broadcasting.
20.
Any interest held by the
held by the licensee company in any other company should be subject to the approval of the Broadcasting Authority and subject to the licensee company having a majority shareholding in that company and control over its management.
