Licence Period, Review Hearings and Licence Expiration

The licence should be valid for a period of twelve years running from 26 August 1989 to 25 August 2001.

The licence should be subject to a mid-term
review by the Governor in Council on

26 August 1995 and if appropriate, renewal of the licence.

Prior to this review, public hearings should be conducted by the Broadcasting Authority which would
furnish reports on the hearings to the Governor in
Council, and the procedure for hearings should be determined by the Broadcasting Authority.

recommendations to the Governor in Council regarding whether the licence should be renewed at the end of twelve
years and the terms and conditions thereon not less than a
year before then.
