The broadcasters with the highest following in Vietnamese were the BBC and VOA, well ahead of others. They were followed by Radio Beijing and Radio Australia. In Chinese, Radio Australia and the BBC came first among these respondents; in English, VOA, followed by the BBC.
To a large extent, VOA and the BBC shared the same listeners among the respondents. Of those who had listened to either VOA or the
four out of five had listened to both.
