Delegation briefs therefore please be sent in final form (30 copies) to me, no later than Noon on Monday, 14 August. The classified briefs (6 copies) should be sent no later than Noon on Wednesday, 16 August. There will be an opportunity for updating in September.
9. CCD will be writing directly to CPA posts briefing them on the Conference and asking for advance notice of prominent Delegation members, and of any particular bilateral issues for which the Minister or Delegation should be prepared.
