Since you will undoubtedly wish to make changes and possibly additions to take account of recent developments, I can give you until the end of the month to return the galleys and amendments to me. I would be grateful, however, if you could let me know by telephone by June 16 approximately how many more words you would expect to add to the article. This will allow us to proceed with our planning of the edition while allowing you the maximum possible time to monitor developments in Beijing.
