The level of detail of the responses after the series of clarification meetings and questionnaires is illustrated in Figure 1-2. For each topic which needs to be comprehensively described in a cable TV and telecommunications proposal, the four submissions have been ranked on a scale of 0-3 points depending on the level of detail submitted. Zero points represent no information provided, 1 point represents little/insignificant detail, 2 points represents an adequate amount of detail and 3 points represents a comprehensive amount of detail.
