The programme was arranged to emphasize what was clearly an adopted and prepared point of view; the greater part of the programme was taken by the attack upon the government point of view expressed by Sir. Geoffrey. I have rarely seen a programme SO lop-sided, with almost no discussion of practicalities of immigration,
