What more can be done to convince the media and other opinion formers and influential voices in this country that our policy on
Hong Kong is the right one?
Recommendation
2.
I recommend that:
(a) a comprehensive information pack is prepared giving the essential facts on the full range of key issues relating to Hong
Kong. This would be in a form that could be regularly updated and could be handed out to representatives of the media and other interested persons. I submit a draft pack covering most of the key issues. We are working on other sections and would aim to build this up into a more extensive dossier in the coming weeks.
