Hong Kong Government and private sector investing heavily in long-term infrastructural projects (second harbour crossing,

Tate's Cairn Tunnel, consideration of new airport etc).

After 1997, Hong Kong will continue to be best appointed

harbour in China, and probably the busiest container port in

the World.
