whether or not appointed or nominated wholly or partly by
the Trustee or by other bodies or persons).
(c) Power to appoint or constitute or arrange for the
appointment or constitution of any such agent committee
or committees.
(d) Power by instrument in writing to make regulations
inconsistent withthe charitable trusts hereof for the
not
conduct of the business of the Trustee and of any
committee constituted by it or under arrangements made by
it including (without prejudice to the generality of the
foregoing) the holding of meetings of any such committee
and the notice requisite for and the manner of summoning
and the frequency of and the place of any such meetings
and the manner in which decisions of any such committee
shall be made and recorded at such meetings and the
Trustee may at any time or times alter or revoke any
regulations so made.
(e) Power to appoint or engage any necessary and proper
agents to assist in the execution administration and
management of the trusts hereof.
(f) Power to pay or provide for any agent who is so
appointed or engaged such reasonable and proper
remuneration (whether by way of salary wages fees
commission gratuities pension or other retirement
benefits or otherwise howsoever) as the Trustee may from
time to time think fit out of the income or capital of
