When I spoke to you last month, about my letter of 23 February (addressed to Richard Hoare), you said that you had passed all relevant papers to your Legal Department. Since then we have been nudged by CRD and British Council for news of the latest position.
2. I should now be most grateful if you would give Legal Department a sharp prod since we now need their opinion quite urgently.
