I enclose a draft letter to you which sets out the arrangements which we believe apply to the donation to be administered by you. Subject to any comments you may have on this, I will issue the letter to you formally.

I am sorry to have taken so long to prepare this letter duty visits and holidays have held it up. But hopefully we can now finalise it quickly and put any other necessary arrangements in hand.
