declare and direct that if any beneficiary ber
for any person claiming through under or in trust for him or her
shall institute any action or other proceedings in which the
validity of this my Will or any codicil hereto or of any
of the dispositions herein or in any codicil bereto contained
is sought to be impeached then in every such case such beneficiary
or any person claiming through under or in trust for him or
her shall absolutely forfeit and lose all interest in and right
to any gift to him or her hereunder or under any codicil hereto
and all the dispositions herein or in any codicil hereto contained
in favour of such beneficiary or any person elaiming through
under or in trust for him or her shall cease and be void to
all intents and purposes whatsoever and are hereby revoked
accordingly. Every gift or disposition so forfeited or revoked
shall fall into my residuary estate unless it is a gift or
disposition of a share of my residuary estate in which case
it shall (with any addition which may have accrued thereto
by virtue of this clause) accrue by way of addition to the
shares of those of the other legatees of my residuary estate
under Clause 5 or 6 hereof in the proportions as set out in
Clause 5 hereof whose right to share in my residuary estate
has not at the date of such accruer been forfeited or revoked..
My Trustees in exercising the power of appointment
vested in them by statute may if they so desire appoint a trust
corporation to be either the sole trustee hereof or to be a
trustee along with another or other individual trustees and
in the event of a trust corporation being so appointed I hereby
authorise such trust corporation to charge and my trustees
to pay out of my estate such fees and remuneration as is agreed
upon between my trustees and the said trust corporation at
