1. Thank you for your minute of 25 October. I take your points about the Charity Commissioners' advice being needed.
2. I agree that you should write to the Commissioners and would be
grateful if you take up the possibility raised in paragraph 4 of my minute of 4 October, as well as any others.
I think it would be sensible to take parallel action with Hong
Kong. Would you like to do this or shall I?
