Following a discussion with Mr. Peter Morris of your office in January of this year, I wrote to him on the 23rd January and enclose a copy of my letter.
As I had received neither a reply or an acknowledgement from Mr. Morris, I have tried to speak to him today on the telephone but understand that he has now gone overseas and that you have taken over his work. You were not available when I telephoned and thus I feel that it is better I should write to you.
I shall be grateful for news of the bequest from Mr. Tang's estate from which the Institute is to benefit, please.
May I conclude by saying how grateful I was for the help given to me by Miss Baker of your office when I telephoned today.
